Our growing finance team is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Representative to take ownership of our billing and collections process. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients' financial inquiries, ensuring that our cash flow remains healthy and our ledgers stay balanced.

The ideal candidate is someone who balances technical precision with a service-oriented mindset. You aren't just "crunching numbers"-you are building professional relationships with our customers to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments. Responsibilities

• Invoicing : Generate and distribute accurate invoices and credit memos in a timely manner.
• Payment Application : Post daily cash, checks, and electronic transfers to customer accounts with high precision.
• Collections : Monitor aging reports and conduct proactive outreach to customers regarding past-due balances.
• Dispute Resolution : Research and resolve billing discrepancies or short-payments by collaborating with internal departments.
• Account Reconciliation : Perform monthly reconciliations of the AR sub-ledger to the general ledger.
