Our client in the North Dallas area is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to join their Accounts Payable Department! The Accounts Payable Manager will have experience in the following. Duties and responsibilities include: Oversee day‑to‑day AP operations to ensure accurate and timely AP invoice processing Manage vendor database and 1099 process to efficiently handle vendor maintenance Ensure accuracy with internal controls and compliance procedures within AP functions Partner with procurement and finance teams to resolve vendor and payment issues Oversee vendor onboardings, including required tax forms and compliance documentation Requirements: Large ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.) 2+ years of AP Supervisory experience Bachelor's degree is preferred (not required) Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
