Job Title :  Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary :  We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, maintaining professional interactions with customers and vendors, and assisting in accounts receivable collections.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure timely payments to vendors to maintain good relationships.
• Maintain professional interactions with customers and vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Assist in accounts receivable collections to ensure timely receipt of payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
