  • Develop and manage integrated acquisition campaign roadmaps and testing strategies, including A/B and multivariate testing, to continuously improve key performance indicators such as response rate, conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Lead the planning and execution of acquisition campaigns from strategy through launch and optimization, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and in alignment with customer growth objectives.

  • Manage acquisition channel budgets, forecasting, and spend pacing, making data-driven recommendations and allocation decisions to maximize customer growth and return on investment.

  • Analyze campaign, customer, and channel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, translating insights into actionable recommendations and future acquisition strategies.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Analytics, Creative, Product, Marketing Strategy, and other teams to align targeting, messaging, offers, campaign execution, measurement, and customer experience.

  • Establish and maintain campaign performance reporting and measurement frameworks to evaluate channel effectiveness and provide visibility into acquisition results.

  • Present campaign performance, key insights, testing results, and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership and other stakeholders on a regular cadence.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, print and fulfillment vendors, and other partners as applicable, ensuring quality, cost effectiveness, and timely campaign delivery.

  • Stay current on acquisition marketing trends, emerging technologies, channel capabilities, and industry best practices, identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure acquisition campaigns comply with applicable regulations, including CAN-SPAM and TCPA requirements, as well as internal legal, privacy, and brand standards.

  • May perform other duties as assigned.
