Under supervision, manages elements and provides support for Talent Acquisition projects including the maintenance of related resources and RGA collaboration sites. Provide seasonal campus recruiting support including reviewing candidate applications, conducting phone screens, facilitating blitz interview days and other special projects.

  • Implements strategies to assess, develop, and implement global talent management initiatives to support organizational structure and employee career development as well as recruitment of talent.
  • Provides support to Talent Acquisition team by providing seasonal campus recruiting support and facilitating interview scheduling and pre-hire activities for RGA's North America contingent workforce program. Ensures the recruitment life cycle runs smoothly and solves administrative problems throughout the process.
  • Coordinate and manage meeting logistics for candidate interviews and talent acquisition meetings as needed including but limited to candidate communication, travel arrangements, interview materials, and interview panel participation. Leverages the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to record interview activity.
  • Manage the pre-employment process by running background checks and acting as liaison between candidates and recruiters. Leverages the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to record background check results and progress candidates to onboarding.
  • Actively participates and provides project management support to talent acquisition and human resources projects including but not limited to candidate experience, onboarding, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support the process to place contingent labor in accordance with departmental requests and provides related notices and reports as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Required :

  • 3+ Years experience in Human Resources with demonstrated experience in multifaceted responsibilities
  • 1+ Years experience in Recruiting
  • Preferred :

  • 1+ Years experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday Recruiting
  • SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Required :

  • Impacts the quality, timeliness and effectiveness of the team; uses discretion to modify work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency
  • Advanced Word, intermediate Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Intermediate Proficiency
  • Advanced attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to interpret and adapt policies and guidelines to changing situations
  • Advanced Intermediate interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with internal departments and staff at all levels and other contacts.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department projects.
  • Preferred :

  • Experience in insurance / reinsurance industry
  • Experience working with ATS and HCM (Workday)

  • Compensation Range :

    54,435.00 - $77,755.00 Annual

    Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes all roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
