Job description

Bullpen, on behalf of our client - a dynamic and growing real estate investment firm, is seeking a Senior Acquisition Analyst to support its expanding portfolio. Specializing in office investments, the firm has deployed significant capital across multiple markets and continues to grow through strategic acquisitions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with exposure to all aspects of the investment process.

The Opportunity

The Senior Acquisitions Analyst will play a key role in underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct ARGUS underwriting and financial modeling in Excel for potential acquisitions.
Assist in due diligence, market research, and investment strategy execution.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal decision-making.
Support negotiations and deal structuring alongside senior leadership.
Collaborate with asset management and finance teams to track portfolio performance.

Qualifications & Requirements

2-3 years of real estate acquisitions experience, preferably in the office sector.

Proficiency in ARGUS (certification preferred).

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
