Title : Resource Acquisition, Premium Services & Hospitality Assistant

Position Summary :

Duke University requests applications for the position of Resource Acquisition, Premium Services & Hospitality Assistant. This position supports the preparation, coordination and implementation of game day and non-game day hospitality and premium events for the intercollegiate sports programs at Duke University. Assists in the overall revenue generation, game day / event atmosphere, branding, and organization outreach.

Essential Functions :

• 29.9 hours / week; includes event operating hours, with night / weekend hours expected.
• Handle set ups & breakdowns for premium events and hospitality areas within Resource Acquisition.
• Serve as day of event coordinator at premium events.
• Sales of hospitality packages, premium spaces & experiences (with a heavy focus on Olympic Sports including baseball, soccer, lacrosse, softball, etc.).
• Assist with marketing, planning, and coordinating of revenue generating areas.
• Assist leadership with projects and greater Duke Athletics & university initiatives.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Areas of work include non-game day events & functions within Champions Club, Blue Devil Tower & additional facilities, game day hospitality & Club Blue Devil.
