Talent Acquisition Specialist – Lindamood Inc.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing needs across demolition, trucking, and support operations.
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and fill critical roles quickly.
- Build strong relationships with trade schools, veteran programs, and industry organizations to promote Lindamood’s employment brand.
- Screen, interview, and onboard candidates for both field and office positions.
- Manage postings, candidate tracking, and recruiting administration through our applicant tracking systems and job boards.
- Manage the intern program here.
