We are looking for our first US Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global People team at NoTraffic. In this role, you’ll help redefine and run our end-to-end hiring process, encompassing various roles across GTM functions (Sales, SDR, Customer Success) and Operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs, craft compelling job descriptions, and manage the recruitment process to ensure timely, high-quality hires.
Your day to day will include :
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes by planning, initiating, and executing the full recruitment workflow.
- Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone and in-person or video conferencing.
- Drive proactive sourcing with strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, leveraging professional networks, events, and referrals, while building and nurturing long-term talent communities.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize recruitment processes.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and address hiring needs.
- Foster a team-wide commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
