Job Description As a Commercial Specialist, you'll be a key player in AutoZone's commercial sales and service operations.
You'll drive WOW! customer service, increase commercial sales, and ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
This role combines customer service, sales support, and logistics coordination, with opportunities to lead and grow within the department. Responsibilities * Assistcommercial customerswith product selection and order management. * Maintain accuratebilling recordsand ensureon-time deliveries. * Conductaccount visitsto build relationships and ensure service quality. * Generate new business throughoutbound callsandin-person outreach. * Followcash handling procedures, including deposits and collections. * Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition. * Monitor and report onvehicle maintenance and safety. * Managebattery consignment inventoryand perform weekly stock checks. * Handlereturns and accident proceduresaccording to company policy. * Lead the commercial department in the absence of theCommercial Sales Manager. * Promote asafe and compliant work environmentfor all team members. Qualifications What We Are Looking For * Strong customer service and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. * Familiarity with billing, inventory, and delivery processes. * Commitment to safety and compliance with company procedures. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. You'll Go the Extra Mile If You Have * Previous experience in commercial sales or automotive retail. * Knowledge of AutoZone systems and procedures. * Experience managing or supporting a team. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.
