Job description

Beverage & Chemical Equipment Manager

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as point of contact for sellers, vendors, and corporate for all beverage and chemical equipment needs such as the routing of installations and removals, coordination of leasing and billing in partnership with the local finance team, and monitoring usage.

$25 / hour schedule Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM

Essential duties and responsibilities include :

  • Manage beverage and chemical equipment services for the area.
  • Receive beverage equipment requests from authorized sales leaders.
  • Review inventory of current equipment in the area / region for possible reuse or inter-company.
  • Gain approval from finance for equipment purchases.
  • Place equipment orders with vendors.
  • Work with vendors on equipment placements, installations, and removals.
  • Point of contact for sellers on beverage and chemical equipment needs.
  • Track and monitor sales for performance against established metrics to assure usage is to par levels, taking corrective measures where needed.
  • Facilitate the creation and implementation of contracts and agreements for customers.
  • Respond quickly to beverage equipment and service needs in the marketplace.
  • Aid sellers in providing status updates on equipment placement and installation.
  • Liaison between outside service and manufacturing companies.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with corporate office and corporate E&S manager.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Identify areas for potential beverage and chemical growth and analyze the impact of proposed equipment changes.
  • Work with Rosemont to identify any opportunities for equipment changes or process changes.

Additional responsibilities include managing beverage and chemical E&S inventory in the field by working with market, vendor, and Rosemont.

Supervision : None

Relationships : Internal : Rosemont Category Manager, Region Category Manager, Area COMs, Sales (sellers, sales managers, sales leaders, specialists). External : Vendors, customers

Qualifications :

  • Requirements : GED or high school diploma. Bachelor's preferred.
  • Experience : 2-5 years relevant equipment and project management experience.
  • Compensation depends on relevant experience and / or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $19.00 and $29.00. This role is also eligible for overtime pay.
