Seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative in Anaheim, CA for a contract opportunity. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in distribution or manufacturing is preferred.

Contract Duration : 6 months
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Experience in distribution or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure while ensuring that departmental metrics and industrial standards are maintained.
- Sound understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to multitask within Microsoft Windows.
