We specialize in providing post-acute rehabilitation services on-site to help our residents regain their independence and return to their homes. We need team members who provide assistance to co-workers and promote teamwork by sharing information useful to achieving desired results.

The position will assist the Activity Director in :

• conducting individual and group activities
• visit residents
• provide sensory stimulation and reality orientation

Must have a current and valid CNA certificate.

Must be energetic and friendly, have a positive attitude

Job Type : Full-time

Physical Setting : Long-term care

Schedule : 8-hour shift

Experience : 1 year (Preferred)

License / Certification : CNA (Preferred)

Work Location : Two locations
