Shipping Clerk

A client of Insight Global is looking to bring on a Shipping Clerk in Santee, CA. This individual will be joining the Marketing, Trade Show & Events team.

50% : Loading, unloading, sorting, picking, stocking, staging of goods Load and unload materials to and from designated storage area, such as racks, shelves, or vehicles Stack or pile materials, such as pallets Verify computations against physical count of stock

50% : Coordinate and assist with marketing activities which can include direct mailing, printing, customer events, and trade shows Supports events, meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and organizing requirements; processing contacts; developing and / or fulfilling on-site scheduled assignments; and, managing mailing lists to ensure event success Preparing shipping to-do list and assists in the distribution and shipment of marketing materials to / from trade shows and events

Skills and Requirements : 2-4 years of packing, processing, and shipping product inventory Basic level Excel experience Experience with asset management and quality assurance of products that are shipped and received
