Position Summary
Provide administrative support for Account Executives and executive leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
- Model a customer-oriented focus while communicating between our clients and customers.
- Assist with MYA, client, and customer required forms.
- Create and produce business correspondence, reports and related materials.
- Maintain customer purchase order records, requests invoicing, manage customer deductions, and implement rebate procedures if needed.
- Prioritize workload between Account Executives.
- Manipulate images according to customer requirements.
- Create surveys and other sales materials.
- Order samples within client specific documents or portals.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
