Any combination of experience, schooling or training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities.

Knowledge of basic school age child development principles, methods to motivate and engage children, and safe practices of activities. Basic subjects taught in local schools, including mathematics.

Note that End of School Dismissal ranges from ~11am during the first weeks of school to ~1-3pm rest of year.
