Responsibilities
About this Opportunity :
The Activity Leader plans coordinates and implements a therapeutic activity program on a daily basis to meet the needs and interest of the residents on the unit. S / he is responsible for interviewing the residents and / or families to develop an appropriate Activities care plan based on the resident's interest and capabilities.
Qualifications
Minimum Required :
- 1 year experience with adult mental health clients.
- A High School Diploma or its equivalent.
- Good overall interpersonal skills ability to work productively and effectively ability to function well as a member of an interdisciplinary team ability to represent the program well in interaction both inside and outside the host hospital.
