Are you ready to make an impact in the world of actuarial science? As a Lead Actuarial Analyst, you will provide expert support in product development, financial analysis, and actuarial research within our dynamic Aviation team. This role allows you to apply your quantitative skills in a hybrid or remote work environment!
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Innovatively leverage technology to enhance analyses and effectively communicate findings and solutions.
- Construct analytical approaches by assessing data requirements, identifying suitable sources, and recognizing anomalies, maximizing resource utilization.
- Ensure high quality service standards by documenting and reviewing analyses, meeting deadlines while maintaining product integrity.
- Conduct clear and organized actuarial analyses tailored to specific audiences.
- Build meaningful relationships within and outside the department through collaborative project work.
- Engage in recruitment efforts and mentor junior actuaries, fostering a strong team culture.
- Contribute to improvements in systems, models, and procedures by conducting research and recommending changes.
- Resolve basic actuarial modeling and risk issues while escalating more complex problems for a comprehensive departmental response.
- Take ownership of tasks, demonstrating a proactive approach to professional development and learning.

Compensation and Benefits :
The salary range for this position is $88,000 to $165,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
