The Actuarial Analyst - Forecasting and Analytics plays a crucial role in analyzing and predicting financial, economic, and market data to provide essential insights for strategic and operational decision-making. In this role, you will establish key performance metrics, conduct extensive data analyses, and collaborate with stakeholders to support business intelligence efforts. You will also evaluate industry trends to forecast the organization's financial and competitive standing over various time horizons.
Key responsibilities include ensuring data integrity through the development and execution of necessary data flow processes and controls. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges, troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and devise economical solutions for any data discrepancies. A strong understanding of organizational and departmental strategies is vital as you will make informed decisions about your work methods, often in ambiguous situations, with minimal need for direction. You will adhere to established guidelines and procedures.
This position specifically supports trend bender value-based initiatives, partnering with critical business units to provide the analytical support required for contract development, savings valuation, financial accruals, and bid submissions.

Compensation Range:
The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location and demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$80,900 - $110,300 per year
This position is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
