PC Actuarial

The Property Casualty Actuarial team has an exciting opportunity! The property pricing team is looking to fill a position, with the role depending on the level of experience of the applicant.Consideration will be given to applicants meeting the Actuarial Analyst level up to the level of Actuary.

What You’ll Do :   As the new member of the Property Casualty Actuarial team, you do could do anything from continuing to learn actuarial functions and insurance concepts and assist in rate and reserve recommendations and their implementations to directing preparation of rate and reserve recommendations using advanced actuarial techniques and assist in their implementation to assure Farm Bureau Financial Services is competitive and profitable.

What It Takes to Join Our Team :

• College Degree in math, statistics, actuarial science, or other major with a minimum of one actuarial exam passed. To be hired at the Actuary level, you must have your FCAS designation.
• Must have knowledge of Property / Casualty insurance industry.
• Must have computer programming skills and be able to apply these to actuarial related problems.
• Project leadership skills required for Actuarial Associate and Actuary level.
• Proven ability to perform analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills to address complex multi-line issues.
