This position is open to candidates located in Dallas, Phoenix, Denver, Portland, Seattle, Irvine, Los Angeles or San Francisco. This is a hybrid role; the selected colleague must be willing and able to work out of a WTW office.

As a Healthcare Financial / Actuarial Director you will be a key member of the Financial Actuarial & Analytics (FAA) Community of Expertise. You will lead clients’ financial / actuarial engagements for a portfolio of clients and / or significantly contribute to complex clients across the full spectrum of employer health and group benefit programs including medical, dental, life, disability, etc. In partnership with Client Service colleagues, you will communicate FAA concepts, strategies and results that effectively drive client action and improve plan performance. Will have the opportunity to work on cutting edge projects alongside leaders in the industry.

Duties :

• Communicates and delivers complex concepts and financial / actuarial / analytic results to effectively drive client action and improve plan performance
• Leads medium to large clients’ financial / actuarial engagements
• Develops and delivers the financial / actuarial strategy for a portfolio of Medium and / or large clients
• Drives revenue growth through client sales of additional actuarial, financial, and / or risk solutions
• Provides consulting quality reviews and client delivery for all types of financial / actuarial deliverables​
• Guides team (regional and global) on deliverables based on client need; review models and presentations for client delivery​
• Builds relationships internally and collaborates effectively on cross-functional teams
