As a Property & Casualty Actuary with Great West, you will apply advanced actuarial science techniques and theories to enhance the company's risk management activities while researching and developing revised rates, rating factors, and pricing models. This role works closely with the Data & Analytics team and key business partners to deliver appropriate pricing, modeling, and product strategies to support business goals. You will regularly have the opportunity to work on special projects in which you will assist or lead the development of new product lines or programs.

This position will report directly to the AVP of Pricing and Product Management and will work collaboratively with Product Managers and Underwriters daily. As part of our Actuarial team, you will have decision-making authority and variety in your work with the opportunity to touch all product lines.

We value professional development and will support your pursuit to successfully pass all actuarial exams as well as obtain insurance specific certifications. This includes ample study time, paid study materials and exam fees, and scheduled salary increases upon successful completion of each exam.

• This is a Hybrid position. Three days in the office, two days remote.
