Local: $800–$1,000/week

Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and experienced Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate patient care in an acute-care hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
Active California CNA certification.
Current AHA BLS certification.
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Ability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.
Strong teamwork, organizational, and patient-care skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Acute-care or hospital experience.
Previous experience working in a critical access hospital.
Responsibilities
Provide compassionate patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, repositioning, and mobility.
Obtain, record, and report vital signs and other patient information.
Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the nursing team.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
Follow infection-control, safety, and patient-care procedures.
Assist nursing staff with patient-care activities as needed.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Communicate professionally with patients, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
Protect patient privacy and maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrate dependability, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach.
