Nocturnist Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP-BC or AGACNP-BC)
Inglewood, California
Centinela Hospital Medical Center, a member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking a skilled Nocturnist Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join our Pulmonary & Critical Care team. This role offers the opportunity to manage critically ill patients overnight with strong physician support and hands-on procedural development.
What You'll Do
- Provide overnight ICU patient management and rounding.
- Respond to rapid response calls and provide code coverage.
- Perform emergent procedures including central lines and intubations (training provided).
- Work nights : 7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM with shift options of minimum 4 shifts / month (part-time) or 14 shifts / month (full-time).
- Collaborate with 24 / 7 attending physician backup and a full multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in a transition-to-practice program with hands-on training and a one-year critical care curriculum.
