At JAGS Mechanical, we're searching for a dynamic full-time Operations Manager to lead our team in Cincinnati and Columbus, OH. With a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $170,000 / year , plus a company vehicle, phone, and bonuses, this is an opportunity you won't want to miss.

WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
You will work a consistent schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday , with occasional weekends as needed. Enjoy a balanced work-life while leading a dedicated team. As an Operations Manager at JAGS Mechanical, your day will be filled with diverse and engaging activities. You will manage our skilled technicians in the field, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and optimal service delivery.
