Job Summary :
We are seeking a Digital Ad Operations Specialist to manage and execute campaign quality assurance across various ad platforms including The Trade Desk, Meta, and Google / YouTube. The role involves managing audience match rates, supporting billing operations, and facilitating cross-functional projects for business growth. This position requires a proactive self-starter with a proven track record in media / ad operations, capable of managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute campaign QA and manage audience match rates across ad platforms like TTD, Meta, and Google / YouTube.
- Assist with the curation of audience segments and management of destination accounts using LiveRamp, including deal ID creation on PubMatic.
- Prepare and provide accurate billing reports to streamline accounting accruals and confirm billable media spend.
- Manage the procurement and purchase order process, securing approvals and signatures from relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee assigned projects from inception to completion, fostering strong relationships both internally and externally to optimize operations and support business growth.
