The Referral Relations Specialist plays a key role in this growth by executing tactical sales strategies, cultivating strong referral partnerships, and increasing visibility of Enterhealth's comprehensive support programs.What can the Referral Relations Specialist expect: Regular travel within the local territory to visit referral sources, client sites, and networking events is required. This role is primarily community-based, with occasional office time for meetings and administrative tasks. Some overnight travel may occur for industry conferences or special events.You will be part of an integrated marketing and sales team.The environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and relationship-driven.Essential Functions: Develop and execute a tactical sales plan, demonstrating effective time management and prioritization of daily activities.Establish, strengthen, and maintain relationships with current and prospective referral sources.Maintain and update a comprehensive referral database, including prospective contacts, current referral partners, and meaningful activity notes and status updates.Collaborate closely with marketing, intake, administrative, and clinical teams to support organizational goals.Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly appointment and referral targets.Participate in weekly status meetings and provide timely updates on activities and progress.Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events as assigned.Schedule and host facility tours for referral partners and community representatives.Perform other duties as assigned, including providing coverage for Intake/Admissions Specialists when needed.Accurately record all daily activity in the EMR system.Adhere to all Enterhealth policies, procedures, and compliance standards.Actively support the goals, strategies, and initiatives of the Marketing Department.Core Competencies: Demonstrates strong personal accountability, initiative, and follow-through.Exhibits effective written and verbal communication skills, aligned with organizational brand standards.Collaborative, collegial, and able to build positive working relationships.Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining accurate documentation.Service-oriented with a focus on meeting the needs of internal and external stakeholders.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Demonstrates adherence to established ethical, professional, and behavioral standards of conduct.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required. Marketing, business, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience working in healthcare marketing, healthcare referral/liaison, or business development.Clean MVR Record.Proficient in Microsoft systems, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
