Outpatient Clinical Manager DBT
We are seeking an Outpatient Clinical Manager responsible for directing and overseeing the delivery of outpatient clinical services for mild to moderate behavioral health needs and substance use disorders in Network180's Outpatient Clinic.
This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There are no weekends, on-call, or holiday requirements for this position. This assignment is in person at 790 Fuller Ave NE Grand Rapids, Michigan 49503.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Full licensure in the State of Michigan as a licensed master social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist.
- At least five years of progressively more responsible experience in human services.
- Training in and one year of experience providing DBT.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and treatment methodology.
- Computer skills, including use of Microsoft Office programs.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Three years of clinical supervisory experience.
- MCBAP certification as a CAADC.
- Training in and experience with Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
- Training in and experience providing treatment to youth and young adults preferred for some positions.
- Lived experiences with mental illness/developmental disabilities/substance use disorders valued.
