THE POSITION
At VITAL, instructors are expected to deliver unique, exciting and inspiring classes, while creating a supportive environment for every participant. Our instructors leverage their personalities to inspire members, their expertise to help them train smartly and safely, and their programming skills to keep our offerings fresh and motivating.
Instructors follow our 7 different formats, and use their knowledge and expertise to program each class. VITAL instructors create playlists to accompany their classes that encourage and motivate members through the workout.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain at least two permanent classes on the weekly schedule
Lead exciting, challenging, and functional fitness classes that follow VITAL’s class formats
Maintain the cleanliness and order of the Annex by building a culture of responsibility in our students, and organizing the space at the end of all classes. Must be willing to refill cleaner, organize equipment, troubleshoot gym needs, etc.
Find a sub for any scheduled classes that must be missed
Develop and maintain professional relationships with members
Foster a fun and uplifting community
Willing to work evenings and/or weekends
Must be active on sub list and sub at least once/month

$$ per 45-minute class, $50-$55 per 30-minute class
