  • Supervise water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and remediation while maintaining strict quality and IICRC standards.
  • Set up drying equipment, monitor moisture readings daily, and maintain complete documentation across all job sites.
  • Enforce safety protocols, identify environmental hazards, and implement control measures to protect workers and occupants.
  • Control project costs, track equipment and material usage, and manage daily jobsite logs and photos.

  • Active IICRC Certifications in WRT, ASD, and AMRT.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of drying equipment, moisture tracking, and restoration processes.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and 100 lbs with assistance.
  • Willingness to work evening and weekend hours to respond to emergency service requests.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven track record of crew leadership and project management in field restoration.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with experience handling insurance adjuster interactions.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive pay rate ranging from $25 to $35 per hour based on experience.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to individual and company goals.
  • Paid company coverage for certification renewals and additional industry training.
  • Dedicated company-supplied truck provided for work travel and field operations.
  • Significant career growth potential as our new mitigation service division expands.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health options, paid time off, and retirement planning.
