Key Responsibilities Adjudicate claims within approval limits according to department and industry standards Document all actions and interactions with repair facilities and customers in internal systems Manage pending claims and follow up with repair facilities to make timely decisions Required Qualifications High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 3+ years of experience in automotive mechanical and diagnostics Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair procedures, and parts pricing Proficient in typing and general computer skills Comfortable in a high-volume, collaborative environment managing multiple priorities
