This individual will play a vital role in managing the "after-sales" aspect of our customer experience, ensuring that post-sales processes are handled efficiently and effectively. - Manage and process various administrative tasks related to customer experience, including :

- On-hire and off-hire confirmations
- ETAs (Estimated Times of Arrival)
- Damage and loss notes
- Invoice queries
- Hire suspensions
- Provide proactive and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring full customer satisfaction.
- Work across both our Core and Procure offers, providing support across different areas of the business.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail when dealing with clients.
