Position Summary :
Milliman MedInsight is hiring an Administrative Assistant to work under the direct supervision of the Chief of Staff. This is a Seattle-based, hybrid role. The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the MedInsight leadership team, ensuring efficient management of calendars, travel arrangements and monthly expenses. This role will support staff meetings and events both on and off-site. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for welcoming guests and vendors on-site, maintaining office inventory, and stocking kitchen and supply closet. As a member of the Business team, this position will contribute to special projects as capacity permits.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the MedInsight leadership team, including calendar support, editing reports, making travel arrangements, and processing monthly expenses.
- Assist with planning and support quarterly all staff meetings, including the annual in-person "MedInsight United" event.
- Maintain files and archives of relevant records and act as lead SharePoint site administrator; assist with knowledge management.
- Monitor and respond to general staff requests via a ticketing system. Complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked office for the Seattle staff.
- Provide meeting support for 10+ person meetings including calendaring, onsite conference room tech support, and distributing meeting materials.
