Position Summary :
The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, with a focus on onboarding, I-9 compliance, offboarding, and employee relations. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who is bilingual in English and Spanish and eager to grow, learn, and make a meaningful impact in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate and manage the full-cycle onboarding process, including new hire documentation, orientation, and system setup.
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including accurate and timely completion of I-9 forms and E-Verify.
Support employee offboarding, including exit interviews, final documentation, and benefits processing.
Act as a resource for employee relations by responding to general HR inquiries, supporting workplace investigations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Assist with HR programs and initiatives related to employee engagement, training, and performance management.
Translate HR documents and communications as needed and support Spanish-speaking employees with HR-related concerns.
Qualifications :
2+ years of HR administration or generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Working knowledge of onboarding, I-9 requirements, offboarding, and basic employee relations.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HRIS systems.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Eagerness to grow within the HR field and take on new responsibilities as the company expands.
