Position Summary :
The Manager of Credit Administration is responsible for leading and overseeing the credit administration function of our lending activities. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of credit processes, maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting the overall credit risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the credit administration processes, providing guidance, training, and performance management as necessary.
- Monitor credit quality and portfolio performance, identifying trends and potential risks including advising regarding dynamic concentration targets.
- Maintain and enhance credit policies, procedures, and systems to support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate internal and external audits related to credit administration.
- Ensure proper reporting and documentation for loan exceptions, covenant tracking, risk rating maintenance, and collateral management.
- Lead credit analyst projects to prepare for stress testing and CECL reserve estimates.
- Develops and calibrates credit risk rating scorecards using a variety of risk factors and weightings to appropriately rank order the loan portfolio within various loan and collateral types.
- Works with business, credit, and data partners to design, develop, and monitor test designs and analytical reporting to track and enhance strategies.
- Designs / enhances standard reporting suites for regular product / portfolio reviews.
- Support strategic initiatives and projects related to credit risk and portfolio management.
