• Description : VES is seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation amp Pension exams Separation Health Assessments across the country. Current Openings : VES Locations no own office Harbor- 3.5 days needed- Must be within 30 miles Provider's own office locations- Provider must have their own officeAberdeen WA- 1 day per week neededGrand Coulee- WA- 1 / 2 day per week needed PLEASE READ ATTACHED PRACTICE DESCRIPTION TO UNDERSTAND THE ROLE FULLY Veterans Evaluation Services VES a Maximus company is a government contractor helping our nation's Veterans.Need is on a PRN basis ongoingOption to work ½ days4-hours and / or full days8-hoursOne-Time non-treatment CampP exams separation health assessmentsExams are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment : range of motion testing muscle strength testing.No prescribing no treatmentQuick credentialing amp onboarding Willing to accept these medicineinternal medicineorthopedic surgeryanyone with a background in general medicine or experience with compensation and pension. RATE STRUCTURE FOR PRESENTATIONS :
• Hourly Overtime Holiday rates are NOT applicable with VES. All Gen Med providers must follow the rate structure below.Half-day Rate - 800 flat rate for 4 hour shifts or less includes times to complete exams submit report including any addendums no OTDaily Rate - 1600 flat rate for 5 hour shifts or longer includes times to complete exams submit report including any addendums no OTBonus - one time bonus of 650 for completing all required training and performing first examsLocal candidates only travel included in ratesPlease note : Follow up administrative work will be required on a regular basis addendums medical opinions and reading diagnostics This will not be paid outside of the ½ day or full day rate. Client does not reimburse for DMA certifications or the portal training before starting.
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
• Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
