- Administer and optimize JIRA Data Center and BitBucket for enterprise use.
- Configure workflows, screens, fields, dashboards, and permission schemes.
- Integrate JIRA with PPM, BitBucket , and other tools.
- Automate workflows and streamline processes for efficiency.
- Manage user access, permissions, and security compliance.
- Research, recommend, and configure plugins to enhance functionality.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices.
- Support system upgrades, backups, and recovery plans.
