About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the administrative leader of its vibrant, growing congregation. The successful candidate will be a strategic and highly relational individual with a passion for and deep understanding of the community's values and mission. This role involves close collaboration with the Senior Rabbi, leading the organization through a significant development phase, and shaping the future of the community. The Executive Director will be responsible for strategic planning, facilities and technology management, board engagement, education support, community outreach, and leadership of a large team. A key aspect of the position is to be a warm, highly visible, and outgoing presence, fostering strong relationships within the community and with external organizations.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company must have a deep commitment to prioritizing strong relationships with all stakeholders, including the Board, clergy, lay leaders, congregants, staff, and volunteers.
