A company is looking for a Policy Administration Representative to support policy setup, billing, and premium collection processes in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain policy and billing records for group insurance policies Accurately apply and reconcile premium payments within internal systems Support daily call center activity and respond to inquiries from policyholders and internal teams Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 8-10 years of professional experience in customer service and policy administration Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred Proficiency with data entry and navigating multiple software systems Working knowledge of insurance billing systems and group policy provisions is desirable
