Role Summary : As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the processes and rhythm of business, forecasting financials, coordinating reporting on strategic initiatives, and providing information for portfolio health reviews. Your role is essential in ensuring delivery leaders have the necessary information to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage processes and rhythm of business for ISD Americas.
- Forecast financials and manage leakage.
- Coordinate reporting on strategic initiatives.
- Provide information for portfolio health reviews, monthly business reviews, and mid-month operational reviews.
- Ensure delivery leaders have the necessary information for decision-making.
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, and insights from data.
