How You'll Contribute :
We are seeking an entry / junior level Administrative Assistant to support our Kaufman Rossin Alternative Investment Services group! You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities and supporting our partner group across multiple regions. This role is onsite in our Miami office. Your responsibilities will include :
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating conference rooms and onsite meetings.
- Serving as the first point of contact for client and team communications.
- Organizing and maintaining documents, files, and network structures.
- Planning team events, coordinating with vendors, and handling logistics for both in-person and virtual gatherings.
- Arranging travel, itineraries, accommodations, and dining for executives and staff.
- Supporting teams across Miami, India, and the Ivory Coast.
- Managing client databases, ensuring accurate information updates, and setting up new client accounts.
- Drafting and maintaining records such as NDAs, proposals, and administration agreements.
- Ensuring high-quality work with strong attention to detail, timeliness, responsiveness, professionalism, and confidentiality.
