Job Title : Traveling Administrative Assistant
FLSA : Non-Exempt
Reports To : RCM Management
Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of general administrative / clerical tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Practice Development and Training & Development departments, including scheduling, document preparation, and communication support.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines, preparing updates, and maintaining organized documentation.
- Generate and maintain reports using Excel and create professional documents in Word for department use.
- Support virtual and in-person meetings through Teams and Outlook, including calendar management, meeting logistics, and follow-up communication.
- Maintain a professional presence when interacting with leadership teams, ensuring clear and respectful communication.
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, and departmental initiatives by managing materials and tracking attendance as needed.
- Perform general office and administrative duties to ensure smooth department operations.

The essential functions of this position will result in the following : hazardous exposure (chemical and infections)—constantly; non ionizing radiation (welding flash, microwaves, sun, etc.)—frequently; radiation (x-ray, radioactive, isotopes, etc.)—constantly; noise (loud / repetitive, 85 decibels per OSHA standard)—constantly; and personal protective equipment (PPE : respiratory masks, latex gloves, face shields, etc.)—constantly.
