We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our clien'ts Acquisition and Operations teams! This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in supporting a dynamic team while handling a variety of office duties.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Acquisition and Operations teams.
Answer incoming calls and maintain communication with internal and external contacts.
Schedule and organize meetings and calls, ensuring calendars are kept up-to-date.
Prepare and submit expense reports; reconcile credit card statements.
Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects effectively.
Support client communication and prepare materials for meetings.
Assist in coordinating company events and attend when needed.
Serve as a back-up for other administrative assistants, including answering the main phone, greeting visitors, and receiving packages.
Handle general office tasks such as opening and sorting mail.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in an office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proactive, self-starter with excellent work ethic and time management skills.
Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
