The Experience You'll Create :
The Administrative Assistant will support our Innovation Center Hospitality team. They are responsible for creating a welcoming, polished experience for all guests while ensuring the Innovation Center operates smoothly and efficiently. This role supports front desk operations, facility coordination, administrative processes, and event-related needs while acting as a brand ambassador for Continental. Success in this role means delivering exceptional hospitality, maintaining an optimal working environment, and providing reliable administrative support to the Events Group and Innovation Center leadership.
What You'll Do :
Front Desk & Guest Experience
- Greet all guests professionally and courteously, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
- Notify appropriate team members of guest arrivals.
- Answer company phones and route messages accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and lobby area at all times.
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying Continental's mission, values, and service standards.

Education, Training, & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or equivalent industry experience required.
Experience in large kitchens, banquets, or off-premises catering strongly preferred.
ServSafe / Allergen Certification required or willingness to obtain.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic communication tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude with the ability to work across all levels of management.
