Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $24.00+ per hour, based on experience
Shift: Monday – Friday | Full-Time | 1st shift | Temporary
What’s a typical day as Administrative Assistant I? You’ll be:
- Organizing and maintaining documents, records, and internal systems to ensure operational excellence.
- Assisting with updating procedures and ensuring that processes are followed consistently across departments.
- Supporting communication and coordination between multiple departments.
- Monitoring workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and suggesting solutions.
- Assisting leadership, including the President, with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Helping ensure accuracy, organization, and efficiency throughout the organization.

- Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Have the ability to take initiative, follow through independently, and work effectively with leadership.
- Are a reliable professional with consistent attendance and a proactive work ethic.
- Communicate well and are comfortable solving problems in a team environment.
- (Preferred, not required) Have experience in a manufacturing environment, familiarity with ISO standards or Lean principles, or have supported process improvement initiatives.
