Essential Job Functions
Field phone calls and record accurate messages
Positive communication and interaction with students, parents, co-workers, administrators, and community
Assist with front office duties not listed to producing letters, reports, memorandums, etc.
Registrar duties provided by principal and counselors
Attendance clerk duties including letters, reports coding
Records completions check off
Makes photocopies, files, distributes mail, etc.
School Information System input and record pulls
Update Principal's calendar
Register new students as needed
Check in and check out of students
Check in of all visitors
Arrange delivery of items to classrooms
Code attendance
Assist with dress code
Assist with nursing needs
Assist in maintaining school safety protocols at all times.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to demonstrate strong human relations skills / customer service
Ability to have strong, positive communication and interaction skills when dealing with co-workers, students, administrators, parents and / or the community
Knowledge and proficiency in the use of computers, google forms, google sheets, and google docs
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to prepare and type correspondence
Knowledge of business English, spelling, punctuation and grammar and office procedures
Knowledge of methods commonly used in the training for acquiring clerical skills
Knowledge and proficiency in the use of other office equipment
Ability to manage the office, supervise and train other office personnel

Qualifications :
Associates Degree or higher (preferred, not required)
Three or more years of relevant experience (preferred, not required)
