1st Shift : 8 : 00 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday
$20.00 per hour

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant :
Provide reception services as first point of contact (phone and in-person).
Answer incoming patient and referral source calls related to new orders and ongoing patient service needs such as troubleshooting, order status and general inquiries.
Complete outbound calls regarding order confirmation, documentation requirements, insurance benefits, patient scheduling, order status and patient wellness calls.
Review incoming orders and determine action to be taken
Work with Sales team to complete documentation requirements for patients.
Collaborate with back-office qualification teams to facilitate processing of orders.
Help with coordination of patient Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) classes including assembly of paperwork instructions and other activities as defined by policy.
Conduct downloads of recording devices such as apnea monitors, oximeters, CPAP devices, and other respiratory equipment.
Perform functional tests on respiratory equipment.
Collect credit card / billing information.
You may be a good fit for this position, if :
You have at least one year of related work experience and a HSD or GED
Can multi-task.
Will be at work every day.

You are comfortable answering phones, helping customers, and using computers.
