We are currently searching for a Scheduling and Administrative Coordinator to work with one of our physicians at our OrthoCarolina Spine location in Charlotte.This position will be on-site, occasional remote work may be possible.
The Scheduling & Administrative Coordinator (SAC) provides a variety of administrative and general medical secretarial support for physicians of a sub-specialty and other members of the clinic. This role serves as the liaison between the physician and administration, all departments within the organization, patients, attorneys and the public in general. The responsibility of this role includes :
Arranging surgeries and diagnostic tests at area hospitals and diagnostic facilities based on physician / patient preferences and insurance plan requirements.
Scheduling patient education and medical clearance appointments as needed.
Other assigned duties as required by patient flow or physician request.

Education required :
