\nKelly Services is currently seeking and Administrative Coordinator at one of our Global Clients in Jacksonville, FL. This role is a full time, fully benefited position.
\n
\nThis position is eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. You'll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick / personal time. Employees also receive annual performance reviews.

\nTitle : Administrative Coordinator

\nPay : open; plus benefits and PTO
\nHours : M-F core hours
\nDuration : long term contract

\nPosition Summary : Uses discretion handling difficult calls and routes calls to appropriate individual. Attention to detail. Maintains calendar s and arranges meetings for supervisor and / or department. Organizes and expedites flow of work through supervisor s office and provides follow-up to ensure projects are completed as required. Gathers and collates data as requested by management. Performs work with a thorough understanding of departmental procedures in respective field. Adheres to environmental policy and procedures and supports department environmental objectives.

\nServes as Administrative Coordinator for R&D Department by providing administrative support to the Research and Development team including but not limited to the following duties :

- Provide back-up support to Executive Administrative Assistant and Executive Administrative Coordinator
