Toppan Merrill has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resource team in St. Paul, MN. You will support the Senior Director of Human Resource.
Job Responsibilities :
- Administer, maintain, and monitor pre-employment, benefit invoices, I-9 compliance, and other HR programs as requested
- Assist benefits analyst with benefit reporting and employee questions
- Maintain employee & benefit files
- Assist in answering employee questions
- Manage the St. Paul, MN facilities with maintenance issues, order office supplies, open St. Paul mail for HR & Legal - review and scan
- Provide exceptional service and prompt resolution to employee and manager inquiries through phone calls and emails
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion in handling sensitive information
